The variety of dangerous and/or costly scenarios that can occur in underground subway systems are numerous.

To protect humans and assets in underground subway systems, Sentio® sensors are installed in tunnels and underground subway stations. They are connected through an advanced redundant network. If a sensor detects an incident, a detailed alarm will be given to the command centre. At the same time, automatic actions can be initiated by the Sentio® system. Operators in the command centre can simultaneously use this data to quickly assess the situation and make decisions on how to act.
