Sentio – Service
Firefly has already from the design stage of the Sentio® system recognised that servicing an underground protection system requires special system features.
Today it is possible to check the system status and performance as well as identify potential problems through an advanced analysis system. A custom designed interface can show the entire system which enables the customer to see for example data transfer, electrical performance or even the humidity and temperature level inside each separate detector, etc..
Firefly supplies a range of different service commitments to fit each customer; from service-on-demand to contractual service and remote support. If desired, Firefly can provide a 7/24/365 commitment.
